Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the case of bad weather that prevents the trip from taking place. No refunds are issued for any other reason, including but not limited to change of plans, illness, travel delays, or personal circumstances.
Cancelling your booking
- You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your booking date.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date are not eligible for a deposit refund.
If you haven't received your refund
If your booking was cancelled due to bad weather and you have not received your refund within 7 days of the cancellation, please do not assume it was lost. In most cases this happens because the payment was made using a different email address than the one on your booking, which makes it harder for us to locate your reservation.
In this case, please request the refund directly through the "Refund" button in your PayPal account. This links the refund request to your original payment and allows us to process it much faster.

The only valid reason for a refund is bad weather. Please review this policy carefully before booking.
